The day-to-day management of the company is taken care by one of the directors, who are designated as the Managing Director of the company during the tenure of his assignment. The position of the Managing Director is rotated from one director to other every two years.

The working arrangement of the company is such that each assignment undertaken by the company is supervised and managed by the director of the firm, who is designated as the "Team Leader" for that particular project. The Team Leader is selected based on his knowledge and experience in the requirements of the project. The concerned Team Leader will pull together the right team of experts and to ensure technical quality and prompt completion of the project. Great care is taken in the selection of staff or resource consultants to ensure that the job could be accomplished with delivery of outputs efficiently as per the schedule and by maintaining high professional standards and quality.
